What Do We Have Here?

Whether you already own or are considering the purchase of a property, owning a place is a big investment. It deserves having someone with knowledge and experience taking a close look. This is a visual-only inspection - I will describe what I see in a printed report with dozens of pictures so that you will get a good look at what you are getting (or have). You will also get an online link to the report so that you can view videos of what I saw when I was there.

Thermal Imaging

Of course we cannot see through walls...but thermal imaging shows us variations in temperature which reveal areas of energy loss or potential moisture intrusion.

Every home inspection includes thermal imaging of typical problem areas. A complete thermal imaging of a property is available as an add-on.
